My name is Nathalie and I currently live in south Florida with my husband Kenny, and morkie Kensie. In 2014, I graduated with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. Becoming an OT is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is truly a blessing to work with individuals everyday to improve their quality of life and reach their goals.
I have experience working with children in school-based, hospital, and private clinic settings, and with adults in acute care and inpatient rehab settings. Each population/setting has provided me with a unique perspective and made me a more well-rounded OT. This diversity is exactly what the OT profession is all about- working with each individual to help them achieve what is of importance to them. I created Heart of OT in hopes of advocating for the profession by sharing content that is informational, resourceful, and inspiring to fellow OTs, OT students, adults/caregivers, and parents. I have a true passion for occupational therapy and have seen how it can effect change to impact a life positively. Please take a look around and enjoy!
